Leisure Shop Direct Voucher Codes & Verified Deals – October 2026

Good value for a new buyer

I was looking for a new caravan cover and found Leisure Shop Direct. The price was competitive, especially with their free delivery offer, which saved me a bit. The cover seems decent quality for what I paid. Happy with the overall value.

Detailed review of a caravan awning purchase

I ordered a drive away awning last month. The ordering process on their website was straightforward enough, found what I needed without much fuss. Delivery took 5 days to reach me in the mid-US, which was within the estimated timeframe. The packaging was robust, no damage to the awning itself. The awning material feels durable, and the setup instructions were clear. I had a quick question about one of the pole connectors, and their customer service responded to my email within 24 hours with a helpful explanation. It's a solid product and performs as expected for my campervan.

Consistently reliable for parts

This isn't my first time buying from Leisure Shop Direct. I've ordered various caravan parts over the years, including leisure batteries and gas regulators. This time, I needed some LED bulbs and a new hook-up cable. The experience was just as consistent as before. Easy to find what I needed, good product descriptions, and dependable delivery. They always have genuine manufacturer spares, which is why I keep coming back. No surprises, which is what you want when you need specific parts.

Mostly good, one small issue

I bought some Thetford toilet spares recently. The prices were quite reasonable, and they had exactly the parts I needed, which isn't always easy to find. Delivery was prompt, got here in about 4 days. The spares were genuine and fit perfectly. My only minor gripe was that the website search function could be a bit better; it took a few tries to narrow down the specific model I needed. Otherwise, the shopping experience was smooth and customer service was quick to confirm my order. Overall, a good experience and solid value.
